Chavivim Orange County and Monroe PD Manage Traffic After Car Stalls on CR 105

A car stalled on County Route 105 off Spring St during a busy Friday afternoon, blocking traffic and backing up vehicles in both directions. Chavivim Orange County and Monroe Police Department responded together and held the scene until the tow truck arrived and the road was fully reopened.

Friday Afternoon Traffic

CR 105 off Spring St sees heavy volume on a normal day — on a Friday afternoon, it's a different story entirely. When the car came to a stop in the roadway, traffic started building quickly. Our members rolled out, positioned the response vehicle, and worked the scene alongside Monroe PD to keep cars moving safely around the obstruction.

Scene Management Until the Tow Arrived

With a school bus and a long line of vehicles queued behind the scene, every minute counted. Our members coordinated with Monroe PD officers on the ground — managing the flow of oncoming traffic while keeping the stalled vehicle and its driver safe on the shoulder.

Road Cleared, Traffic Moving

Once the tow truck arrived and secured the vehicle, the road was opened back up and traffic returned to normal. Another call handled, another driver taken care of — that's the job.

Thank you to Monroe Police Department for the partnership on the scene.
